The Da Ponte Opera Festival celebrates the works of Lorenzo Da Ponte and brings to the city of Vittorio Veneto a world-class cultural and artistic festival. Il Da Ponte Opera Festival celebra le opere di Lorenzo Da Ponte e porta nella città di Vittorio Veneto un festival culturale e artistico di livello mondiale.

This year the Festival consists of 2 masterclasses for opera singers from all over the world and the realization of a new production of the opera Don Giovanni. Quest'anno il Festival consiste di 2 masterclass per cantanti lirici che provengono da tutto il mondo e la realizzazione di una nuova produzione dell’opera Don Giovanni.

At the heart of the Festival there will always be the creation and development of opportunities for new artists from the local territory and around the world. Al centro del Festival ci saranno sempre la creazione e lo sviluppo di opportunità per nuovi artisti provenienti dal territorio locale e da tutto il mondo.

Don Giovanni, knight and dissolute seducer, spends his last day on earth. A day where time is marked by his conquests and his power games against the servant Leporello and the women and men who cross his path. Will he be able to redeem himself? Don Giovanni, cavaliere e seduttore dissoluto, spende il suo ultimo giorno sulla terra. Un giorno dove il tempo è scandito dalle sue conquiste ed i suoi giochi di potere nei confronti del servo Leporello e delle donne e uomini che incrociano il suo cammino. Saprà redimersi?
